How did it strike you on arrival?
Two steel pillars welcome you as you drive into the hotel driveway. Metal and wood are used throughout the hotel symbolizing nature and industrialism. The warm lobby welcomes you with avant-garde furniture and a well-placed bar. Highlights of the lobby bar include a glass wine cellar and an outdoor firepit. High ceilings mixed with complex architecture give the hotel a relaxed feeling. I especially enjoy the accents of colors used in art pieces throughout the property.

The good stuff: Tell us about your room?
What surprised me is that every hotel room is unique and incredibly comfortable. The light color palette of the rooms evokes memories of blissful summer days. The rooms are zen but always have the tools for conducting business. The bathroom is large with glistening ceramic tiles.  

How about the little details, any of that worth a mention?
The hotel pool is often abuzz with activity and is a great place to relax and cool down. Guests also have access to a multi-purpose gym for weightlifting or yoga. With proximity to great parks, the beach, the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen Mary, and Lion’s Lighthouse, one will always find adventure in Long Beach.

Food and drink: What do we have here?
The menu at Sip incorporates local and diverse ingredients, offering an eclectic menu. For a night in, room service offers a tasty menu: ahi poke, red pepper hummus, and the Belmont Sandwich. I especially enjoyed the Renaissance Burger, made with white cheddar, hickory bacon and garlic aioli.  The bar at Sip is known for its signature cocktails and classics. Indulge in these drinks with great company in the lobby bar or in the comfort of your room.

Bottom line: worth it, and why?
Long Beach will bring your inner explorer out. Step out of the hotel and onto Pine Avenue to explore a number of casual and fine dining options. The city has a variety of activities to suit any taste-from water activities to causal nightlife. The Renaissance’s great energy will inspire long after check-out.

The following Terms and Conditions will apply to your booking one of our retreats. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.

These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between Soul 2 Soul Global and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein.

The contract and booking are made with, and services will be provided by Soul 2 Soul Global. By booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy, and limitations of liability.

BOOKING TRIPS & THE CONTRACT

    All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with Soul 2 Soul Global, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Soul 2 Soul Global sends a confirmation email, and when you have completed the deposit and/or full payment.

A Soul 2 Soul Global team member will contact you within 48 hours, regarding your completed registration to confirm your participation in your selected retreat. Confirmation of your participation does not necessarily mean that your trip is confirmed to run. Soul 2 Soul Global asks that you refrain from purchasing non-refundable travel until you receive an email confirmation from the Soul 2 Soul Global staff. In order for our retreats to take place, we require a minimum of 6 participants.

**Please note that Soul 2 Soul Global only offers retreats and related activities to those 18 years of age and over.

DEPOSITS

        For select advertised retreats and dates, a non-refundable deposit per person plus submission of our online booking form is required to complete your booking.

You may book a retreat with a deposit (down payment) until 40 days prior to the retreat start date, after which full payment is required to secure your spot (if any are still available).

The remaining balance of your retreat payment is due 40 days before the retreat begins. We will notify you of the balance due date after your deposit has been processed.

If the final balance is not received by the due date, then your booking cannot be guaranteed and Soul 2 Soul Global reserves the right to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit.

*Please note deposits made on all bookings are non-refundable and non-creditable due to the requirement to purchase non-refundable and non-transferable essentials including but not limited to accommodation reservations, etc. on your behalf to secure your spot on the retreat.

Deposit payments can be transferred to another retreat taking place within one calendar year if you notify us 61 days or more before the retreat start date.

Deposits are paid via Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App and can be paid with all major credit cards or PayPal balances.

We DO NOT keep your credit card on file. When we send over an invoice, you must re-enter your credit card information.
